Compact Vegetable Slicer
Start by washing the vegetables and fruit, if necessary. Carefully select the required cutting machine and close the lid. Connect the machine and press the green button to start the vegetable slicer. Lift the handle and place the vegetables and fruits in the round inlet. Push the handle down and use the food pusher to guide the vegetables/fruits towards the cutting discs. The handlebar is equipped with a safety switch, this switch will automatically stop the machine when you move the handlebar up or down. When you have finished cutting the food, press the red button to turn off the machine. With the different slicing discs that come with this machine, you can slice almost any item exactly the way you need it. This machine includes 5, 3 and 1.5mm cutting discs as well as 3 and 5mm graters. Additional cutters such as julienne cutters and griddles for cutting fritters are also available on our website.
Easy to clean
To maintain good hygiene, it is important to thoroughly clean any appliance that comes into contact with food. This machine’s robust and easy-to-clean aluminum housing with stainless steel plate can be wiped with a damp cloth and mild detergent. The loose parts of the machine can be cleaned in warm soapy water. After washing, be sure to dry everything thoroughly and apply some vegetable oil to the cutting discs for proper maintenance.
